Eagles HR is led by Natalie Eagles Chartered FCIPD, a senior HR leader with 15+ years’ experience. We bring big-company HR capability to growing SMEs, turning messy people problems into clear steps and confident decisions, alongside strong organisational change delivery.

  • Former Head of HR in major global organisation
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
  • Delivered 10+ TUPE programmes, from transfers of 1 person to large-scale transfers of up to 2,000 employees
  • Delivered 20+ organisational change programmes including redundancy consultation, company mergers and acquisitions, policy harmonisation, shift changes and workplace relocations
  • Extensive employee relations experience, supporting leaders and leading other HR professionals through hundreds of cases
  • Proven track record improving employee engagement, including Sunday Times Best Companies recognition and being the top engaged site in the EU in a major global organisation
